High potential coaching

Our work with Olympic and professional athletes, elite musicians and corporate executives keeps us in touch with the demands of delivering consistent high level performance under stress. Reaching one's potential is a basic human need. Our approach to coaching enables these self-organising principles to drive the individual towards excellent performance. Through our 'Self-Management Cycle', clients acquire personal skills to maximise strengths and minimise constraints; interactive skills to improve team performance; and transformational leadership skills to inspire, stimulate and motivate people. In addition to our executive coaching we also deliver coaching programmes which create an organisational climate in which self-coaching and peer coaching become the norm. All team systems comprise a finite number of one to one relationships. We often coach specific key relationships on-site, to complement the work that is done within team development programmes. We call this 'pairs' or 'small unit' coaching.

Individual performance coaching

"John Syer played no small part in my winning an Olympic gold medal in Barcelona. A few experienced words at the right moment were all I needed to turn my nervous energy into excitement and aggression that allowed me to be as good as I could be."
